I don't believe I will have my ride back yet but if nobody called dibs on your passenger seat, maybe I can join you?

AJ, so sorry I missed your call but I got sick and was in no shape to go out on Saturday. Maybe next time. Thanks for the offer, though, it is greatly appreciated.
And hopefully soon I won't need to bum rides anymore because I am expecting to pick up my car from the painter this week (yes, after 4 freaking months). We'll see how bad the Maaco job looks.

How was the meet? Got pictures?

Cool. Too bad that the best looking one is the Mustang! :-)

Hopefully I can represent ATGO in my own freshly painted ride next time.

that's the best part about it. It doesn't matter if your car is finished or not. Just bring it. Nobody is gonna judge it. The whole idea is to get all those that just love the hobby, to get together and chill and chat about all the things to look forward to or just pick each others brains about ideas. I found a lot of local venders through these great group of guys and gals. I've seen some folks show up and talk about a project they have, then the next meet you finally get to see it. It's pretty cool to see some of these folks projects take shape month to month. It's a great gathering. A excellent looking formula 350 showed up but left after a quick walk through. I didn't see him until he was on his way out. Dec 7. is the end of the year meet. It will be combined with another meet. So the turnout should be pretty good. Hopefully more of us can emerge from our caves and come out. rockon.gif

Start a new gathering for the dec. 7th meet. I'm in.

Im in for sure. They should have a band playing. "Also kid friendly." So if you got little ones bring'em along. You can literally bring a lawn chair and chill. Hopefully the weather plays nice.
