Tech Writer Lending a Hand Donations award

You might have noticed that the time stamps on this board are an hour off our real (unreal) time.
That is most likely due to an incorrect DST settings in your profile.
Up until now, we could rely on our computer clock to correctly adjust the DST. But beginning with 2007, the DST is not what it used to be so your computer clock will be wrong for one month of each year. (thank you, big giant stupid head!)

To fix it:
Click Edit your profile at the top of the page and scroll down to the time settings.
Select the Manual mode : DST enable : By the server radio button.
Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page and open a post and check for correct dates & times.
