Here is a link to a thread I started on one of my other forums. I cut a big@$$ hole out in the rear floorboard of my Tahoe. Check the thread from beginning to end; I have pics throughout the thread in various stages. Most of the pics are towards the middle to end of the thread.

Thnx guys.
That is what I do for a living. Been customizing cars for almost 15 yrs, from custom a/v systems, security, minor bodywork (shaved handles, frenched panels, etc), interior, tinit, performance, etc, etc.
The Dynamat makes a HUGE difference, especially with the amount I did. Everything from the sound system to the "feel" of the truck is much more solid. I did my entire Z28, and it made a big difference as well, softening some of the exhaust and road noise and giving the car a more solid feel.

Are you sure you want to make matt a custom kitt dash.....that just seems like it would be a total PITA.

Damn, dude. That's a lot of work, but it can be done. Something like that, don't expect it to be cheap. In fact, start saving now so by next summer you should have the funds...for the down payment.biggrin.gif j/k, shouldn't be THAT much.
