OK, so I am trying to get all the cob job 80's wiring fixed.
When I look at the factory harness for the speakers, I am only seeing the ones for the front.
The back speakers were connected with aftermarket wires.

Is there a wire set in the factory harness for rear speakers?
The manual shows thers should be some blue wires but I don't have them.
Also, I think the manual is weak on the wire diagrams.

Suggestions?

We have our own wiring diagram page here: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=19

This is probably what you're looking for:

Hope this helps.

But I still don't see the blue rear set in my car.
is it possible there was no rear speakers from the factory and that's why i don't see them?

Vacuum healed itself Yay!

I need to be clearer on the radio wires.
I am not seeing the rear blue speaker wires in the car, not from the radio.
There aren't LT/DK blue wires in the factory car's harness.

Do you have rear speakers in the car? When you pull them out, what wire color do you see? It's a 25 y/o car, you can bet your life that it has been redneck-wired before. The blue speaker wires might be gone altogether or just left under the carpet with new wires run to the speakers. You will never know for sure until you pull the passenger side seat and lift the carpet.

While I had my interior and carpet out, I made any necessary repairs to all the radio wiring. But I'm not sure if you want to go that far.

To clear up confusion: the blue wires are for the RIGHT REAR speaker, the yellow and brown wires are for the LEFT REAR speaker. Just follow the schematic.
If your wires don't correspond to the diagram, the PO very likely changed them.
