I've bypassed the vats starter interrupt relay under the kickpanel and got the starter cranking but I have no injector or ignition I guess cuz it still won't start can anybody help with this,I've also put the resistors I on the two white wires in the orange jacket

Try putting power to fuel relay orange wire.

I will look for the orang wire can you clue me in on where its at and should this power the fuel pump because the fuel pump does run

Did u actually have a new chip burned to get rid of VATS or did u purchase a VATS bypass module?
