While I was at it, I decided to replace U-joints. They felt like they were starting to bind slightly anyway. But removing original GM U-joints is a PITA. You need to heat up the caps to melt the plastic ring holding them in. Then you try to get them out.

Teflon coated brake drums. A friend of mine had some heat dissipating teflon coating so he agreed to paint and bake them after I sandblasted them. Came out nice and are practically invisible through the wheels.
